Last Day of Tutoring The last day of after school tutoring is Thursday, May 8th.

Library Books Due The last day to turn in books to the MCS library is Friday, May 9th. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Pearson.

Awards Picnic The Annual MCS Awards Picnic is Friday, 5/9 beginning at 6:00pm at Tuttle Creek State Park - Shelter #3. PTO provides the fried chicken & table service and Booster Club -the drinks. Each family is asked to bring a side dish or dessert, and lawn chairs. It is at shelter #3 which is around the tubes and straight ahead. It has the big play structure and is the shelter MCS has had the past few years.

May SCRIP order SCRIP orders for May are due in the office by the end of the day on Tues. 5/13.

5-8 Music Program The 5th-8th grade Spring Music Program is Tuesday, 5/13 at 7pm in the grade school gym.

8th gr. trip to Worlds of Fun The 8th grade class will take their annual trip to Worlds of Fun on Thursday, 5/15. Students will leave school at 8am and arrive back in Manhattan around 10pm. Students will be provided money for 1 meal and should bring money for any other food and souveniers.

8th gr. Parent Mass/7th-8th grade breakfast This will be the last ASM for our 8th grade class. Ministries on Friday, 5/16 will be done by 8th grade parents. Following Mass will be a program in the church basement sponsored by the 7th grade for the class of 2008. 8th grade parents are invited to attend. Please- due to space limitations, no siblings or extended family. Light breakfast provided.

Jr. High Dance The final Jr. High Dance is on Friday, 5/16 from 7pm - 9:30pm. Students should wear Mass Dress and follow the school dress code. This means no jeans, shorts, spaghetti strap or halter top dresses.

Talent Show/Field Day The MCS Talent Show is in the morning on Tuesday, 5/20. Following lunch will be the annual Field Day across the street where students are broken into teams to enjoy an afternoon of outdoor games.

Last Day of School- 1/2 day Students will be dismissed at 10:50am. There IS bus service since usd 383 has a 1/2 day also.

8th gr. Graduation Mass The 8th grade Graduation Mass is on Friday, 5/23 at Seven Dolors Church beginning at 7:30pm. Following Mass will be a reception in the church basement.
